Persistence

This Happiness Minute is about persistence. While on the subject, let me urge you to persist in reading these Happiness Minutes!

Your mind may tell you that they are not doing any good, but they will if you give them a chance – trouble is, although you may have a couple of “Ah-Ha!” moments, the change you experience is likely to be gradual, it will creep up on you, so be persistent.

Just What Is Happiness?

Welcome to this, the first of your Happiness Minutes! I’m glad you joined me, because I know that you deserve more happiness than you feel right now.
