Minute to improve my life?
  • Get together with a group of friends once a week to listen to the Happiness Minute, then discuss at length what it means in your life.
  • Listen and re-listen to (or read and re-read) your favourites as often as you wish.
  • Keep your mp3 player next to your bed and listen to it before going to bed; allowing yourself to go to sleep with a positive message on your mind.
  • Copy it all to your iPod or other mp3 player to take along with you wherever you go.
  • Listen to a different Happiness Minute each time you set aside some quiet time for yourself; think about how you can use the technique, insight or idea expressed in the Minute to improve your own life.
